





Eneva in **Rio de Janeiro / RJ** wants you on the team! \#JoinEneva If you want to work as an **Engineering Coordinator**, we have a new challenge for you: **Mission:** Responsible for technically coordinating engineering projects for the implementation, expansion, or modernization of thermal power plants and/or other Generation Engineering projects, ensuring integration among project technical disciplines, adherence to schedules, costs, and quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate internal and multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers in power generation projects. Assign tasks and monitor the team’s technical performance. Ensure integration among various technical disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical, automation, process, piping, etc.). • Coordinate internal, multidisciplinary teams in reviewing project documentation produced by subcontracted companies, ensuring compliance with national/international standards, ENEVA specifications and requirements; • Coordinate internal interfaces among different project technical disciplines and between ENEVA’s Engineering departments and subcontracted companies (EPC, EPCM contractors, equipment suppliers, etc.). Act as the technical focal point for subcontracted companies, suppliers, regulatory bodies, etc. * Serve as the liaison between the technical team and Engineering Management. Prepare technical reports and project status presentations. Participate in coordination and decision-making meetings. * Support the Planning department in developing engineering schedules, control delivery deadlines for technical documents and project milestones, and participate in alignment meetings with subcontracted engineering firms. * Monitor projects to ensure adherence to the planned schedule, and track performance of subcontracted companies in project development. Monitor technical deliverables and implement corrective actions in case of deviations. * Interface technically with equipment, systems, and instrumentation suppliers, ensuring effective communication management between all parties. * Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases. Coordinate ENEVA’s internal multidisciplinary engineering team in ATO (Technical Assistance to Construction) activities. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering(s); * Ability to interpret and apply national and international technical standards related to thermal power generation.\- Knowledge of planning and coordination of medium- and large-scale industrial projects. * Knowledge of processes and projects related to power generation via thermal power plants. * Preferred: Advanced English proficiency. **Work Location**: Rio de Janeiro \- RJ **Learn more about us at**: www.eneva.com.br. **Eneva is a serious company committed to transparency in its selection processes and does not request any payment during recruitment.** Join our team!
