Job Summary: The Technology/DevOps professional will be responsible for ensuring the smoothness, quality, and security of infrastructure, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines, working closely with developers to enable agile deliveries. We are a collaborative, curious, and challenge-driven team that believes in autonomy, continuous learning, and high-impact delivery. **Your day-to-day here** Our **Technology/DevOps team** ensures the smooth, high-quality, and secure operation of infrastructure, deployments, microservices, and pipelines. You’ll work side-by-side with developers to guarantee agile deliveries and consistently optimal system performance. **Key Responsibilities** Implement, maintain, and evolve Kubernetes-based microservice infrastructure. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments. Deploy and manage monitoring, alerting, and observability tools. Collaborate continuously with the development team to improve delivery workflows. Ensure infrastructure security and compliance. Document processes, configurations, and environment architectures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements (Mandatory)** Minimum of **1 year of hands-on production experience with Kubernetes**, or relevant projects. Proficiency in **Docker** and containerization concepts. Experience with **CI/CD tools**, such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar. Knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Familiarity with **Linux** and operational environments. A proactive, autonomous, eager-to-learn, and challenge-enthusiastic mindset. **Desirable Requirements (Nice-to-Have)** Knowledge of **Microsoft Azure** (AKS, VNet, Load Balancer, Container Apps). Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki). Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go).
