We are a collaborative, inquisitive, and challenge-driven team who believe in autonomy, continuous learning, and high-impact delivery. **Your typical day here** Our **Technology/DevOps team** ensures seamless, high-quality, and secure operation of infrastructure, deployments, microservices, and pipelines. You’ll work side-by-side with developers to guarantee agile deliveries and consistently optimal system performance. **Key Responsibilities** Implement, maintain, and evolve Kubernetes-based microservices infrastructure. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments. Deploy and manage monitoring, alerting, and observability tools. Collaborate continuously with the development team to improve delivery workflows. Ensure infrastructure security and compliance. Document processes, configurations, and environment architectures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements (Mandatory)** Minimum of **1 year of hands-on production experience with Kubernetes**, or relevant projects. Proficiency in **Docker** and containerization concepts. Experience with **CI/CD tools**, such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar. Knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Familiarity with **Linux** and operational environments. A profile characterized by strong learning drive, autonomy, proactivity, and enthusiasm for challenges. **Desirable Requirements (Nice-to-Have)** Knowledge of **Microsoft Azure** (AKS, VNet, Load Balancer, Container Apps). Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki). Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go). Knowledge of **GitOps** (Argo CD, Flux). **Work Schedule** **Monday to Friday**, during standard business hours. **Work Model:** On-site.
