




Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Professional Registration: Active and up-to-date registration with the relevant professional council (CREA). * Minimum Experience: At least 8 (eight) years of experience in detailed engineering projects for refining units, petrochemical plants, gas production and treatment facilities, and power generation facilities. * Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Civil Discipline Leader or Team Supervisor in at least 3 (three) civil engineering detailed design projects for the aforementioned industrial facilities. Desirable Knowledge and Skills: * Experience in preparing technical specifications for construction services and material supply contracts. * Advanced knowledge of project management and scope control (change management). * Demonstrated ability in communication, negotiation, and people management. * Team Leadership and Management: Lead, guide, and supervise the Civil discipline technical team (engineers, designers, and CAD technicians), ensuring timely delivery of engineering packages within schedule, budget, and quality requirements. * Technical Coordination: Serve as the technical focal point for the Civil discipline, defining engineering strategy, design criteria, and methodologies to be adopted. * Detailed Engineering Development: Supervise the preparation of detailed execution drawings, including: * Foundations for static and dynamic equipment (pumps, compressors, vessels, etc.). * Reinforced concrete and steel structures. * Stormwater and industrial drainage systems. * Earthworks, paving, and site road layout. * Industrial and support buildings. * Multidisciplinary Interface: Ensure seamless integration of the Civil discipline with other engineering disciplines (Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation), resolving interface conflicts and deviations. * Compliance and Standards: Ensure all engineering deliverables and documents fully comply with client requirements and applicable national (ABNT) and international technical standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, API, etc.). * Document and MTO Control: Approve drawings, calculation reports, technical specifications, and material take-off (MTO) lists, ensuring data accuracy for the procurement phase. * Construction Support: Provide technical support and clarify queries from construction/erection and field inspection teams. 2512270202491829291
