




**Main Responsibilities** * Consolidate and evolve existing practices in observability, Dev Experience, reliability, and technical security; * Review and standardize pipelines, automations, and continuous deployment practices; * Ensure that the current infrastructure (GCP, Kubernetes, Cloudflare) continues evolving with resilience and predictability; * Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in build, deploy, and operation times; * Collaborate with Development and Architecture teams to strengthen technical and operational standards; * Support and implement policies and guidelines defined by the Security Governance team, translating requirements into applicable technical solutions; * Support strategic decisions regarding tools, standards, and technical prioritization; * Act as a technical reference in automation, performance, and security by design. Requirements: **Education** * Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. **Technical Skills** * Practical experience with GCP (IAM, GKE, Secret Manager); * Proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, and infrastructure as code (Terraform); * Experience with Cloudflare (WAF, Zero Trust, Workers, Tunnels); * Real-world experience in distributed observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry); * Knowledge of OAuth2, SSO, certificates, and ephemeral tokens; * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar); * Ability to develop automations in Go, Python, or Node.js. Differentiators * Recent experience evolving cloud-native platforms in production; * Track record of implementing best practices in Dev Experience and large-scale observability; * Active participation in post\-mortems, definition of SLIs/SLOs, and incident response; * Contributions to internal standards, tools, or engineering libraries.
