We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to join our **IT Department** as a **Systems Analyst**. This person must possess a tactical and execution\-oriented profile to assume operational responsibilities within our systems area. We want to meet you! **Main Responsibilities** * Serve as the internal Help Desk focal point for user support and training on the Apollo (Linx) system. * Responsible for technical configurations, version updates, and system parameterization. * Configure taxes, tax rates, and business rules within the ERP to ensure operational compliance. * Execute system updates and preventive maintenance (with availability for off\-business\-hours windows when necessary). * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions for daily operations across units. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, IT, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in IT / Systems. * Proficiency in system parameterization, tax rules, and user support. * Flexibility in working hours for occasional maintenance outside regular working hours (e.g., time zone updates or weekends). **Preferred Qualifications** * Apollo (Linx) expertise: In\-depth knowledge of the system will be a decisive advantage. * Experience with system go\-live (migrations) and technical support during inventories. * Understanding of workshop, parts, and vehicle sales workflows. * Prior experience in vehicle dealerships (preferred) or high\-volume retail (e.g., cosmetics). **Behavioral Skills** * Hands\-on, practical, and task\-execution focused. * Ability to explain technical terms simply and effectively to end users. * Calm, centered profile capable of handling critical incidents and prioritizing requests tactically. * Anticipate system issues before they impact frontline operations. **Additional Information** * Workload: 8 hours per day. * Working Hours: Business hours. * Location: Botafogo \- RJ * Salary: Salary expectation. * Benefits: Medical insurance, dental insurance, Total Pass, life insurance, SESC membership, university discount agreements, pharmacy agreement, meal allowance, on\-site meals.
