The professional will be responsible for developing data-driven solutions to support educational technology initiatives, enhance learning platforms, and enable strategic decision-making through advanced analytics. Responsibilities * Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms for complex data analysis * Collect, clean, and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data * Generate insights to support product development and business strategies * Collaborate with engineering, product, and data analytics teams * Design data pipelines and improve data infrastructure for analytics and reporting * Communicate results and recommendations to managers and stakeholders Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields * 5\+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning * Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R * Experience with data analysis libraries and frameworks (Pandas, Scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, etc.) * Knowledge of data visualization tools and statistical analysis * Experience with large-scale data and cloud platforms is a plus * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits * Competitive salary * Opportunity to work with innovative educational technology solutions * Professional growth opportunities * Collaborative and technology-oriented work environment Compensation: R$23\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
