




Description: Experience in the position/function; Completed high school / incomplete higher education; Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients, partners, and suppliers; Office suite; Knowledge of TOTVs systems, Alterdata payroll, time tracking, and banking. * Calculate and manage transportation allowances and request card issuance and recharges according to working days; * Calculate and manage meal allowances and request card issuance and recharges according to working days; * Calculate and manage food allowances and request card issuance and recharges, verifying eligibility for receipt; * Manage life insurance records and send monthly updates of employee data to the insurer/broker; * Manage enrollment, admission, and termination for health and dental plans, recording relevant monthly fees and co-payments on the payroll; * Update ASO records in the payroll system and monitor deadlines and expiration dates with occupational safety; * Perform registration updates related to employee data such as address, dependents, contact information, etc.; * Monitor and control maintenance of the electronic timekeeping system, integrating overtime, absences, delays, and night shift allowances into the payroll; * Identify non-working hours for absenteeism analysis; * Receive relevant amounts from administrative staff and request payment of sales bonuses; * Manage service provider contracts and request NF payment to finance; * Control and issue warnings and suspensions to track employee behavioral history; * Perform maintenance and configuration of time clocks; * Request materials, office equipment, and supplies necessary for department operations; * Calculate on-call duty hours and properly record them in the payroll. 251029020253585467
