




Job Summary: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and operational/technical departments, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while proposing strategic solutions. Strategic and analytical perspective for interpreting operational data Serve as the primary point of contact (interface) between the client and the operational/technical department, ensuring client satisfaction and retention; \* Knowledge of the SOC system (a plus); \* Management of medical examinations (ASO, Periodic, PGR, PCMSO); \* Monitor agreed-upon targets (SLAs), such as examination scheduling deadlines, report delivery timelines, and effectiveness of health services; \* Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and propose strategic solutions for the client; \* Strategic and analytical perspective for interpreting operational data; \* Strong communication skills; \* Intermediate Excel proficiency; \* Proactive attitude.
