Job Description: SELECTION PROCESS REGULATIONS The Scientific Research and Studies Center Francisco Antônio de Salles FAS, through this regulation, publicly announces the opening of applications and establishes rules governing the Selection Process for the position described below, to be hired under the CLT regime via a probationary contract. SELECTION PROCESS 1.1 The Selection Process is governed by the provisions contained in this regulation and its annexes, possible addenda or corrections, and other relevant publications, which will be available on the FAS website: https://transparencia.fas.org.br 1.2 This Selection Process will be conducted under the responsibility of Human Resources and the Selection Process Committee appointed by FAS, in accordance with the rules established in this Notice. 1.3 Each candidate is permitted only one application; in case of multiple submissions, only the first application will be considered valid. 1.4 IT IS THE CANDIDATE’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR all stages of the schedule and all announcements, which will be posted on the Selection Process webpage at https://transparencia.fas.org.br and/or communicated via telephone or email (Outlook, Live, and Hotmail addresses will not be accepted). *Candidates who miss the date of the next call will not be entitled to file an appeal.* 1.5 The Selection Process shall remain valid for three (3) months from the date of hiring of the selected candidate, subject to extension based on FAS’s needs. 1.6 The position, number of vacancies, weekly working hours, monthly salary, and mandatory prerequisites for hiring will be disclosed during the interview. 1.7.6 THE SELECTION PROCESS WILL CONSIST OF: a) Stage 1 – Application submission (eliminatory); b) Stage 2 – Review of documents required for each position (eliminatory); c) Stage 3 – Evaluation of Competencies and Behavioral Skills (eliminatory and classificatory). For this stage, candidates ranked in the Document Review stage will be invited, with a minimum of three (3) candidates per vacancy and/or to form a reserve list; d) Stage 4 – Submission of documents and medical examination (eliminatory). Only candidates who successfully complete all scheduled stages and are approved and ranked will be eligible for hiring. JOB DESCRIPTION: * Will serve as the focal point of the Human Resources Department for the unit, responsible for addressing employee inquiries and resolving their doubts; * Experience in biometric timekeeping verification. * Ability to explain the payroll statement; * Interaction with unit leadership to guide and implement team directives; * Screening of HR-related requests to optimize employee time and reduce unnecessary movement; Perform payroll entries and carry out tasks inherent to payroll processing. * REQUIREMENTS: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program; BENEFITS: Transportation allowance; On-site meal allowance; JOB DETAILS: * Work location: Hospital Cer Leblon – Rio de Janeiro; * Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; 2512130202201919325
