




Job Summary: Professionals responsible for onboarding employees, managing electronic timekeeping, and administering transportation voucher processes using the TOTVS RM system. Key Highlights: 1. Full-cycle onboarding processes and eSocial compliance. 2. Management and configuration of electronic timekeeping in the TOTVS system. 3. Comprehensive management of transportation vouchers and employee benefits. ### **HR Department Assistant** * Perform employee onboarding in the TOTVS RM (Payroll / Labore) system, including full onboarding procedures, document verification, and submission of eSocial events. Manage electronic timekeeping (TOTVS Timekeeping Automation system), including: Resolving inconsistencies (absences, late arrivals, overtime, time banks); generating time reports; system configuration; time bank management; monthly verification; and importing data for payroll closing. Manage transportation vouchers, including: Employee registration; requesting, adding, modifying, and removing benefits; issuing invoices for payments, cost allocations, and verifications. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Experience in HR department operations.
