Market-competitive salary On-site work modality Location: Méier, with branches in Leblon and Barra da Tijuca – RJ Responsibilities: * Develop and monitor financial and budgetary planning; * Conduct financial performance analysis (revenues, costs, expenses, and results); * Develop management reports and financial indicators (KPIs); * Manage cash flow control and financial projections; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization; * Support the development of financial strategies and decision-making; * Monitor tax obligations and ensure compliance with regulations and legislation; * Interface with internal departments and support senior management with strategic information; * Support internal and external audits. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Solid experience in the finance area; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management tools; * Knowledge of data analysis and performance indicators; * ERP system experience is desirable.
