Job Summary: Inspira Network of Educators is seeking an Enrollment Assistant to handle student recruitment, family communication, and enrollment processing, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. With this in mind, we are seeking an **Enrollment Assistant** to handle student recruitment, family communication, and enrollment processing, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Parent and guardian support (telephone and digital); * Enrollment and re-enrollment coordination; * Document organization and verification; * Data updates in internal systems; * Support in student recruitment and retention initiatives; * Administrative support to the school unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication, and proactivity. **Additional Information** Workload: 44 hours per week Inspira offers: Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Health insurance; Auster; TotalPass.
