Meal Allowance / Food Voucher Transportation Assistance Remote Work Allowance Health and Dental Insurance Life Insurance WellHub Clavis Academy Training Programs Certification Reimbursement Performance Bonus Azure Cloud Security Analyst (São Paulo/SP) **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as a security consultant to architecture and development teams, ensuring security requirements are integrated across all phases of the SDLC. * Monitor, manage, and mitigate vulnerabilities, and adjust critical configurations to maintain a secure environment aligned with industry best practices. * Implement and maintain security controls and features in cloud environments. * Develop, review, and enforce security policies and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with recognized market standards. * Actively promote an agile security culture by advocating secure practices and supporting squads in adopting a security-first mindset. **Education and Experience** * 3–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering. * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Specific Knowledge** * Solid hands-on experience administering and managing Azure security resources (e.g., Azure Policy, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Entra ID, Azure WAF, NSGs, etc.). * Strong understanding of the OWASP Top 10, as well as threat modeling methodologies such as STRIDE and PASTA. * Experience with Terraform or Bicep, and proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash). * Extensive experience with Azure infrastructure and its core services. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with containers and orchestration. * Certifications such as AZ-500, AZ-104, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Cloud+. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience with code analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx, etc.). **Behavioral Competencies** * Excellent communication and clarity in conveying ideas. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Collaboration and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * Strong analytical capability. * Effective problem-solving skills. * Adaptability and openness to new challenges.
