




**Job Description:** **SELECTION PROCESS REGULATIONS** **THE FRANCISCO ANTÔNIO DE SALLES SCIENTIFIC STUDIES AND RESEARCH CENTER – FAS**, through this regulation, publicly announces the opening of registrations and establishes rules governing the conduct of the Selection Process for the position described below, to be hired under the CLT regime via a probationary contract. This selection process is not a public civil service examination and therefore does not confer any job stability beyond that permitted and required by the CLT for probationary contracts. The personal data collected herein aim to register interested candidates for the Selection Process for the position of interest. We emphasize that access to and use of this information is restricted exclusively to Human Resources personnel. **1. SELECTION PROCESS** **1.1** The Selection Process is governed by the provisions contained in this regulation and its annexes, possible addenda or corrections, and other relevant publications, which will be made available on the FAS website: https://transparencia.fas.org.br **1.2** This Selection Process shall be conducted under the responsibility of Human Resources and the Selection Process Committee appointed by FAS, in accordance with the rules established in this Notice. **1.3** Each candidate may submit only one registration; in case of multiple registrations, only the first will be considered valid, and subsequent ones will be disregarded. **1.4** IT IS THE CANDIDATE’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR all stages of the schedule and all publications that may be posted ON THE SELECTION PROCESS PAGE at the electronic address https://transparencia.fas.org.br and/or via telephone/email (Outlook, Live, and Hotmail accounts will not be accepted). *Candidates who miss the date of the next call will not be entitled to file an appeal.* **1.5** The Selection Process shall remain valid for three months from the date of hiring of the selected candidate, subject to extension if required by FAS. **1.6** The position, number of vacancies, weekly working hours, monthly salary, and prerequisites required for hiring will be communicated during the interview. **1.7.6 THE SELECTION PROCESS WILL CONSIST OF:** **a) FIRST STAGE** – Registration, elimination stage; **b) SECOND STAGE** – Review of documents required for each position, elimination stage; **c) THIRD STAGE** – Evaluation of Competencies and Behavioral Skills, both elimination and classification stage. For this stage, candidates ranked in the Document Review stage will be invited, considering a minimum of 03 (three) candidates per vacancy and/or for establishment of a reserve list; **d) FOURTH STAGE** – Submission of documents and medical examination, elimination stage. **Only candidates who successfully complete all scheduled stages and are approved and ranked will be eligible for hiring.** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * Will serve as the focal point for the Human Resources Department of the unit, responsible for attending to employees and addressing their inquiries; * Experience in verifying biometric timekeeping records. * Ability to explain the payroll statement; * Interaction with unit leadership to guide and implement team directives; * Screening of requests originating from the Human Resources Department to optimize employee time and travel; Perform payroll register entries and other tasks inherent to payroll processing. * **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program; **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance; Meal allowance provided on-site **JOB INFORMATION:** * **Work location:** Hospital Cer Leblon – Rio de Janeiro * **Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM** **Location****Employment type****Work mode** Rio de Janeiro, RJ, BR Permanent (CLT) On-site
