Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Analyze internal Commercial Department data to support decision-making. Measure, monitor, and report KPIs to contribute to the development of action plans. Plan and monitor the Commercial Department's budget. Record, control, and track invoices and payments for the department. Monitor the Commercial Department's Zero-Based Budget (ZBB). Map and analyze the market in the company's operating region. Register, control, and monitor documents on the DocuSign platform. Update, control, and track sales and unit availability across all projects. Manage materials in the Rede/Drive systems (including file addition, deletion, and updates). Manage the Agilitas platform (Payroll). Record, control, and track payments. Manage suppliers in the UAU system, including invoice registration, control, and tracking. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
