Support security routines with a professional demeanor We are seeking a Security Guard to perform access control, preventive patrols, environmental monitoring, incident recording, and support security routines, carrying out duties with attentiveness, professionalism, clear communication, discipline, courtesy, and the ability to act preventively in adverse situations. **Work Schedule:** 12x36, either **day shift** or **night shift**. **Work Location:** Downtown/RJ **Salary:** R$ 1\.917,71 **Benefits:** Meal Voucher + Transportation Voucher/Allowance of R$25.00 per workday **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for safeguarding the security and integrity of the premises by conducting periodic patrols, controlling entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials, and observing suspicious movements. Must record incidents, notify supervision in case of irregularities, and maintain order and discipline at the post. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferred); * Prior experience in physical security or front desk services (preferred); * Intermediate computer skills (preferred); * Knowledge of Office Suite/CCTV systems; * Good posture, attentiveness, and commitment; * Flexible availability regarding working hours. ***Note:*** *For night-shift opportunities, a night-shift allowance is provided (*20% applied to hours worked between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., per legislation) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.917,71 per month Benefits: * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Selection Questions: * Level of computer knowledge (basic \- intermediate \- advanced) * Do you have convenient access to the Barra da Tijuca area?
