A welcoming and inclusive environment centered on technology and innovation **Job Description** We are seeking Mid-level Utilities Business Analysts to work on an SAP S/4HANA Utilities implementation project, supporting process-related initiatives, digital transformation, and continuous improvement in the energy sector. Responsibilities * Support consulting and transformation initiatives in the energy/utilities sector. * Participate in the elicitation, analysis, and redesign of business processes. * Support the identification of opportunities for process and operational model improvement. * Collaborate with business units, clients, and SAP teams. * Conduct market analyses, benchmarking, and research on industry trends. * Support workshops, alignment meetings, and functional documentation. * Contribute to change management and technology adoption initiatives. * Support the development of executive materials, presentations, and value proposals. * Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. **Profile** * **1 year of experience** in consulting, business analysis, or projects within the energy sector. * Functional knowledge of energy/utilities sector business processes. * Knowledge of projects related to: + Energy trading; + Customer service; + Billing; + Collections; + Process optimization; + Digital transformation. * Experience working with client teams. * Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize information. * Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory. * Spanish is considered a plus. **About Inetum** At Inetum, we believe diversity is the key to building more creative and impactful solutions.
