You will provide direct support, resolve customer requests, and analyze feedback to continuously improve our services. The Junior Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assessing their complexity, and, if necessary, clearly and objectively escalating them to the production team. You must deliver efficient responses with empathy and gentle communication, fostering a positive customer experience.
