Responsibilities: * Data entry of financial documents, including invoices and receipts; * Accounting classification; * Asset ledger recording; * Bank reconciliation; * Accounting for tax books: ISS, ICMS, and IPI; * Analysis of tax ledger entries for ISS, ICMS, and IPI; * Asset analysis; * Analysis of data integration between Tax and Payroll modules; * Accounting for import and export expense reports; * Accounting for foreign exchange contracts; * Calculation of taxes on imported services; * Payroll accounting analysis; * Preparation of accounting reconciliations for asset accounts / assembly; * Completion of Perdcomp; * Completion of DCTF; * Training interns; * Supporting assistants and associates; * Operational support during internal and external audits. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences and active CRC registration; * Experience in the field; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
