This position involves developing scalable solutions, integrating systems, and supporting daily operational demands in a dynamic, data-driven environment. **Work model: 100% on-site in Rio de Janeiro\-RJ.** **? REQUIREMENTS:** * **Must reside in Rio de Janeiro\-RJ (OPPORTUNITY IS 100% ON-SITE at Av. Oscar Niemeyer);** * Proven experience in Python backend development * Practical knowledge of frameworks such as FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy * Experience integrating APIs and distributed systems * Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL) * Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and Python data analysis libraries * Experience with Git for source code versioning * Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend development with React * Experience with HTML and CSS * Experience in the financial market and/or capital markets (banks, asset management firms, investment brokerages, etc.) **? PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Knowledge of financial mathematics * Experience with Next.js * Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices * Experience with data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow * Financial industry certifications (e.g., CPA\-20, CEA, CFA, etc.) * Cloud computing certifications, especially Microsoft Azure **?
