





Job Description: * Completed high school education; * Experience in administrative routines, preferably in occupational health; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to serve internal and external clients clearly and courteously; * Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail; * Familiarity with occupational health management systems (e.g., SOC) is desirable. * Schedule occupational examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, change-in-occupational-risk, and termination exams) by collecting and verifying employees’ registration and occupational information, ensuring proper referral to accredited clinics and compliance with legal deadlines. * Monitor expiration dates of periodic examinations and legally mandated programs using spreadsheets, the SOC system, and deadline alerts, aiming to prevent non-conformities and maintain records updated per legal requirements. * Update client databases in the SOC system through periodic importation, verification, and consolidation of spreadsheets and additional alignment activities, ensuring integrity and consistency of administrative and health-related information. * Serve as liaison with the accredited network for examination scheduling, including sending required information, tracking attendance confirmations, and receiving digital medical records, thereby ensuring smooth request processing, audits, and timely delivery of ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates). * Support technical site visits by coordinating visit dates with clients, contributing to fulfillment of legal requirements and effective implementation of program updates. * Manage certificates of medical leave and absences by receiving, verifying, and registering such certificates in the system, and liaising with the occupational physician to provide appropriate guidance to clients and case follow-up, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation. * Support periodic meetings with client companies by preparing agendas, reports, and supporting materials, contributing to information alignment and ongoing contract monitoring. * Assist in resolving client-company pending issues with internal departments by tracking requests and updating relevant parties, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of administrative and operational demands. * Perform other related professional duties inherent to the position as needed or required by the department, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, ensuring continuous professional development. 2512060202191865976
