Guidance for patients, family members, and caregivers Conducts speech-language pathology assessments and interventions at home according to the established therapeutic plan, promoting swallowing rehabilitation. **Job Description:** A professional responsible for delivering home-based speech-language pathology services, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation of patients with disorders related to speech, language, voice, and swallowing, ensuring humanized and individualized care. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct speech-language pathology assessments in the patient's home. * Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans. * Provide rehabilitation for communication disorders and dysphagia. * Guide patients, family members, and caregivers. * Document clinical progress and maintain up-to-date medical records. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * Adapt interventions according to the home environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. * Active professional registration (CREFONO). * Experience in home-based care or rehabilitation (preferred). * Organizational skills and autonomy for external visits (Rio de Janeiro / Greater Rio de Janeiro region). * Availability for travel within Rio de Janeiro state. **Location:** Work base in Botafogo \- transportation provided by company driver to visit patients in Rio de Janeiro (weekly routes).
