In cases of staff absences, the professional must be **capable of performing driver duties**, providing coverage and executing services as needed. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the daily activities of the driver team, ensuring efficient and high-quality task execution * Distribute and monitor operational tasks assigned to the team * Conduct people management, including performance, attendance, and discipline monitoring * Prepare attendance reports, absence records, and medical certificates * Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees * Receive and verify uniforms from departing employees * Ensure compliance with internal company policies and procedures * **Support operations as a driver when necessary** ### **✅ Requirements** * **Driver's license categories B and D** * Proven experience as an **Operational Supervisor or in leading driver teams** * Experience in **team management** * **Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills** Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driving License Categories: D, B * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
