The professional will be responsible for assisting the chef, maintaining environmental hygiene, and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities: * Assist in pre\-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes. * Clean and organize food items, utensils, and equipment. * Support the chef in carrying out daily tasks. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace. * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is preferred (mandatory). * Agility, organization, and commitment. * Ability to work well in a team. * Availability for flexible working hours.
