This is an excellent opportunity for those eager to learn and grow in the culinary field. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in ingredient preparation according to the chef's instructions. * Support plating following the restaurant's standards. * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including utensils and work areas. * Perform mise en place before each shift. * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. * Assist in inventory checks and restocking of supplies. * Follow the kitchen team's instructions and contribute to a productive environment. **Schedule and Location:** * **Days Off:** 2 days off per week * **Location:** Copacabana **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Culinary Arts or related program. * Interest in learning culinary techniques and kitchen operations. * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
