Job Summary: A reputable company is seeking a Metalworker to work in the manufacturing, maintenance, and rental of rescue, safety, and environmental protection equipment, performing GTAW/TIG welding processes, technical drawing interpretation, and metrology application. Welder Qualification (WQ) per ASME/ABNT standards **A renowned company operating in the field of manufacturing, maintenance, and rental of rescue, safety, and environmental protection equipment is hiring for the position of Metalworker.** Responsibilities: * Performing GTAW/TIG (primary), MIG/MAG, and shielded metal arc welding processes, as applicable; * Interpreting technical drawings, isometric drawings, and engineering specifications; * Preparing joints and materials, including cutting, fitting, beveling, and proper cleaning of stainless steel; * Managing thermal control during welding and preventing distortion, especially on stainless steel weldments; * Finishing welds through brushing, polishing, and oxidation removal; * Applying stainless steel alloys (e.g., 304, 316, 310, duplex, among others); * Conducting quality inspections, including visual inspection (VT), dimensional measurements, leak testing, and basic integrity checks; * Applying metrology concepts for dimensional control and process quality assurance. Location: Jardim Nossa Senhora da Piedade \- Magé/RJ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:45, with a 1h15min lunch break. Compensation: Monthly salary R$ 3\.845,00 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Meal/Voucher Allowance. Requirements: * Relevant work experience; \- Professional training course in TIG/Stainless Steel Welding or SMAW \- ABNT, SENAI, or equivalent certification; * Welder Qualification (WQ) per ASME/ABNT standards.
