Description: * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law; * Experience with contracts and civil litigation/arbitration will be considered a differential. * Drafting and reviewing contracts such as EPCs (engineering, procurement, and construction), O\&Ms (operation and maintenance), off takes, supply agreements, among others. * Participation in meetings with clients and counterparties to discuss and negotiate contract terms and conditions. * Contract management activities, including drafting and reviewing notices, claims analysis, insurance policy analysis, claims settlement, pre-litigation consulting, among others. * Participation in audit procedures, including analysis of contracts and related documents and identification of transaction risks. 2509070202421679713
