Teamwork and participation in training sessions ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Under the supervision of the Cook / Head Chef; Assist in the selection, handling, cutting, sanitation, and preparation of vegetables, meats, fish, and cereals for meals; Properly wear uniforms and PPEs, and correctly use materials and products according to standard operating procedures, instructions from supervisors, and safety regulations; Assist in food preparation according to the pre-established menu, ensuring quality, hygiene, taste, aroma, and presentation of served meals; Prepare a daily activity checklist; Participate in process improvement training sessions; Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and utensils used in food preparation; Monitor requisitions for food products and supplies required for food preparation; Participate in cleaning the internal kitchen area, machines, utensils, and other equipment using appropriate cleaning agents; Perform related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor, based on competencies. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete Elementary School. DESIRABLE: Completed High School. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD: 6 months. DESIRABLE: 1 year.
