Grow with us! **Job Mission:** Implement and maintain procedures for document organization, control, and traceability in accordance with internal and regulatory standards, ensuring information integrity and confidentiality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the responsible party for day-to-day document control and information management across Brava Energia’s technical areas, ensuring organization, traceability, and documentary compliance; * Support governance of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), such as **E\-CLIC and COMOS**, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of Document Management processes; * Develop and deliver internal and external training on systems, tools, and document control processes, in **Portuguese and English**; * Analyze, process, and structure data for **document migration processes**, especially in contexts arising from asset acquisitions and divestitures; * Proactively identify **documentary gaps** across technical and support areas, proposing actions to mitigate risks and improve information quality; * Provide support for physical document management and for developing and maintaining the company-wide **Document Retention Schedule**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in **Archival Science, Library and Information Science, Business Administration, or Engineering**; * **Intermediate to advanced English proficiency**, with ability to conduct professional training and interactions; * Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, especially **Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint**. **Additional Information** Meal and Food Allowance: R$ 2\.315,50 Flexible Card: R$ 570,00 Christmas Basket: R$ 1\.048,00 (once per year) PLR (Variable Compensation) Private Pension Plan Health and Dental Insurance Wellhub or TotalPass: choose whichever suits you best!
