Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team Job Description / Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of civil installations; * Install, remove, construct, demolish, and repair items such as masonry, internal and external flooring, cladding, ceilings, roofing, gutters, and waterproofing; * Use tools, instruments, and devices required for the tasks performed to ensure proper functioning of these installations; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
