Job Summary: Support daily operations in the Quality department, contributing to process control, document recording, and maintenance of standards required by regulatory norms, with a focus on dental products. Key Highlights: 1. Develop a practical understanding of quality management in an industrial environment. 2. Support the updating and organization of quality documentation. 3. Contribute to continuous improvement projects in the Quality area. Job Objective Support daily operations in the Quality department, contributing to process control, document recording, and maintenance of standards required by regulatory norms. Develop a practical understanding of quality management in an industrial environment, with a focus on dental products. Responsibilities and Activities Support the updating and organization of quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, records, etc.) Assist in the analysis and completion of non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and preventive actions Support the preparation of technical reports and monitoring of departmental indicators Participate in inspection routines and internal audits, as applicable Support the control of regulatory documents and product certificates Enter data into quality spreadsheets and systems (e.g., ERP, QMS, Excel) Assist in sample collection and shipment of products for laboratory analysis (when necessary) Contribute to continuous improvement projects in the Quality area Participate in internal training sessions and technical events organized by the company Requirements Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemistry, Biomedicine, or related fields Must be enrolled from the 3rd semester onward (preferred) Desired Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel) Basic knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, and ANVISA RDCs Interest in industrial and regulatory processes within the healthcare sector Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * On-site Cafeteria * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance
