Strict maintenance of kitchen hygiene and organization Position: Night Shift Kitchen Assistant **Location:** Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro Job Summary The professional will be responsible for operational production during the night shift. The role demands agility in order assembly, strict adherence to process standardization, and consistent maintenance of unit hygiene and organization protocols. Main Responsibilities * Preparation and assembly of snacks and portions according to technical specifications. * Handling and pre\-preparation of ingredients in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Ongoing cleaning, disinfection, and organization of the kitchen and equipment. Compensation and Benefits * **Base Salary:** R$ 1\.714,00 * **Performance Bonus:** R$ 200,00 (tied to performance targets) * **Potential Total Compensation:** R$ 1\.914,00 * **Meal Benefit:** Provided at the workplace. * **Transportation Voucher:** R$ 10,00 per day. Work Schedule * **Working Hours:** From 5:55 PM to 2:15 AM\. * **Rotation Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off (one weekly day off, including one Sunday off per month).
