Directly contributes to efficient inventory operations, product preparation, and customer service, while maintaining a clean, organized workplace aligned with company standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **loading and unloading of merchandise**. * **Verify** the quantity and type of merchandise sold and loaded for delivery. * **Move and organize** merchandise in inventory, maintaining proper arrangement and creating space for restocking new items. * **Serve customers** and perform **merchandise deliveries**, when required. * **Report daily incidents** and potential issues to supervisors. * **Qualify merchandise**, per internal procedures. * **Separate supplies** for production (films, packaging, boxes, and other materials). * **Inspect merchandise**, ensuring quality and compliance. * Assist in **packaging and classification** of products. * Support **other operational activities** within the department. * Promote **cleanliness and organization of the workplace**. * Maintain the **physical workspace**, facilities, and work materials. * Preserve the **brand image**, safeguarding resources, facilities, and equipment. * Meet established **performance targets**, in accordance with the company's commercial policy. * Participate in **meetings, courses, seminars, trade fairs, and training and development programs** organized by the company.
