Job Summary: Engineering professional responsible for controlling and monitoring the manufacturing portfolio/scheduling, with a focus on process management and continuous improvement. Leadership, proactivity, creativity, and critical thinking **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **EXPERIENCE** * 5 years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services for senior-level professionals in Mechanical, Metallurgical, and Materials Engineering; * Knowledge of SAP modules for measurement, maintenance, and materials management; * Familiarity with technical standards related to fabrication of structures and piping (metallic or non-metallic); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; * Knowledge of planning / scheduling software; * Ability to develop Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards; * Knowledge of auditing techniques and process mapping; * Ability to construct logical and critical thinking; * Creativity and innovation; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability; * People leadership. **EDUCATION** * **Education Level:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with at least 5 years since graduation completion, and valid registration with the respective professional council. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Control the manufacturing portfolio/scheduling for the Construction & Maintenance (C&M) site; * Request that the C&M service provider update the processing schedule (control of portfolio/scheduling of Onshore Fabrication Services) at the frequency defined by the Client (weekly); * Request and monitor the execution of planned Onshore Fabrication Services by the C&M service provider, ensuring Technical Service Sheets (SS) are issued and formally registered in SAMC; * Monitor the consistency of data in the processing schedule (control of portfolio/scheduling of Onshore Fabrication Services) updated by the C&M service provider, and request corrections if necessary, adhering to the Client-defined frequency (weekly); * Calculate the backlog of unfabricated material based on updated and processed data from the processing schedule (control of portfolio/scheduling of Onshore Fabrication Services); * Monthly reporting to contract management regarding the quantity of fabricated material stored at the site but not yet installed, based on updated and processed data from the processing schedule (control of portfolio/scheduling of Onshore Fabrication Services); * Disseminate, per the Client-defined frequency (weekly), via email to all parties involved in the contract, the updated status of the processing schedule (control of portfolio/scheduling of Onshore Fabrication Services), including analysis/treatment results and the backlog of unfabricated material; * Conduct periodic field inspections to verify alignment between service scheduling (planning) and physical progress observed at the C&M service provider’s facilities; * Perform any additional actions required to control the manufacturing portfolio/scheduling for C&M contracts. **About CAPCO:** At CAPCO, we foster an inclusive culture.
