We are seeking a Communications Intern to support the team with day-to-day responsibilities, including liaising with suppliers, organizing events, and creating communication materials. **Responsibilities and Duties** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support the organization of external and internal events; * Support digital and internal communication strategies; * Support the development of briefings for agencies and other external suppliers; * Conduct research and obtain quotations when procurement of promotional items or other communication-related materials is required; * Support the creation of communication materials, including translation and proofreading of texts, and layout analysis; * Support client departments regarding guidance and approvals related to brand application on communication materials; * Administrative tasks associated with communication requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Currently pursuing a degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Availability to intern for up to two years (expected graduation date no earlier than 2027/2); * Availability for a 6-hour internship schedule (flexible hours); * Intermediate English proficiency.
