Job Summary: A professional to analyze incidents, manage KPIs, align processes, and present carrier performance results, with a focus on operational performance and issue resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze incidents and conduct follow-ups with carriers 2. Manage and analyze KPIs for the department 3. Conduct meetings with clients, management, and transportation teams **REQUIREMENTS:** Pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and effective communication; Preferred: Existing supplier network for TPT services; **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepare performance presentations for carriers Analyze incidents of loss and damage and conduct necessary follow-ups Align processes and issue resolutions with carriers Analyze operational performance weekly v Monitor and analyze the indemnification process v Resend EDI files to GKO Conduct monthly meetings with clients, management, and transportation teams v Manage and analyze departmental KPIs v Request, track, and follow up on claims documentation from carriers and report to logistics Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.953,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
