Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform various activities within the tax department, aiming to fulfill both accessory and principal tax obligations imposed by Federal, State, and Municipal tax authorities, in accordance with applicable legislation, within established deadlines and in compliance with company-defined norms and procedures, including: * Analysis, issuance, recording, verification, and storage of tax documents. * Recipient's acknowledgment (Manifestação do Destinatário). * Control and collection of electronic invoice (XML) files. * Calculation and payment of taxes: ICMS, IPI, ICMS ST, Differential Tax Rates, FECP, ISS, PIS, COFINS. * Preparation and submission of tax declarations and other tax obligations, such as GIA ST3, DECLAN, SPED Fiscal, CIAP, ISS, etc. * Various routines related to Tax and Accounting departments. * Research and study of state-level tax legislation, identifying changes and reviewing procedures to prevent errors and losses for the company, while ensuring legal compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree **Experience:** Over 2 years working in the Tax area **Specific Courses and Knowledge:** ERP system knowledge User-level computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) Courses in Tax Accounting and Taxation (Preferred) **Additional Information** Work Location: São Conrado Working Hours (On-site): Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00, with a 1-hour break Friday: 08:00–17:00, with a 1-hour break Benefits: Group Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Daily Meal Voucher, Monthly Food Voucher, Transportation Allowance, Totalpass Agreement Grupo Lanlimp ensures the well\-being of its customers by distributing the most comprehensive lines of hygiene, cleaning, and disposable products — enabling them to create clean and safe workspaces at the best market price.
