




Job Summary: This Logistics Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and coordinating activities related to inventory management, product location assignment, and product movement, ensuring accuracy and optimization of logistics processes. Interface with procurement, sales, and import departments Logistics Analyst – **CLT** **Work Location:** Duque de Caxias – RJ (100% On-site) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (5x2\) \| 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Benefits:** Transportation Voucher (VT) \+ Meal Voucher (VR) \+ Food Allowance (VA) \+ Health Insurance \+ Dental Insurance. **Main Responsibilities: ** Monitors product demand versus picking location availability, destination, and control of inventory damages; organizes products and locations Tracks, investigates, and proposes solutions for discrepancies between physical and accounting inventory. Ensures the accuracy of product master data regarding weight, volume, and palletization standards. Monitors inventory movements: receipts, shipments, adjustments, returns, etc. Coordinates inventory audits and cyclic counting. Periodically audits product location assignments, both in picking locations and in the reserve area (pulmão). Tracks product turnover and interfaces with procurement and sales. Confirms daily receipt of containers and transfers together with the import department. Monitors fragmented (fractional) inventory. Distributes and finalizes all P.C.E. activities. **Requirements: ** Completed undergraduate degree Proven experience in inventory analysis Experience in inventory audits Preferred: Knowledge of Proteus and WMS systems Advanced Excel skills Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
