It provides consulting services, software development, and system integration. **Responsibilities:** Perform reception duties, offering both in-person and telephone service to customers, visitors, and suppliers. Receive and organize mail, documents, and packages, ensuring accurate identification and proper routing. Record messages, transfer calls, and direct visitors to appropriate departments. Digitize documents, forms, and administrative records as required by the department. Manage office supply inventory and request replenishment when necessary. Provide support for general administrative tasks, contributing to workplace organization. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
