We are seeking an **Apprentice** to perform tasks with quality, efficiency, and alignment to Wrist Boa Praça’s operational and cultural standards, directly contributing to the outcomes of the **Operations** team. The **Apprentice** assists in the company’s operational and administrative activities, supporting various administrative areas, contributing to professional development and practical learning, while adhering to internal regulations, safety policies, and organizational processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in purchasing activities, such as supplier research, order tracking, and delivery follow-up. * Support commercial activities by monitoring orders, recording information, and providing basic assistance to internal and external customers. * Support the Quality department in document control, audit records, and performance indicators. * Collaborate with the operations team in receiving, inspecting, organizing, and moving materials and products. * Assist in updating spreadsheets, files, and administrative controls, contributing to process organization and efficiency. * Comply with internal conduct guidelines, safety procedures, proper use of PPE when applicable, and confidentiality policies. **Education:** High school currently in progress or completed, per current apprenticeship legislation. **Experience Level:** Not applicable. **Training/Knowledge:** Corporate onboarding: HR, Payroll, Quality, and Occupational Safety. Role-specific training aligned with departmental procedures and routines.
