Job Summary: Fleet Coordinator responsible for managing maintenance, vehicle availability, budgets, team leadership, and process optimization, with a focus on leadership and results. Key Highlights: 1. Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of the fleet. 2. Lead and develop teams, optimize processes, and ensure safety. 3. Control budgets, operational costs, and vehicle documentation. Fleet Coordinator **Location:** Duque de Caxias **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of the fleet. * Ensure vehicle availability, safe and high-quality service execution. * Control budgets and operational costs, pursuing sustainable cost reduction. * Supervise the team and support development (coaching, feedback, overtime management). * Implement new routines, analyze deviations, and propose improvements. * Manage insurance, documentation, traffic fines, fuel consumption, and tire usage. * Plan and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance routines. * Manage operational procedures, spare parts control, consumables, and maintenance-related inventory. * Monitor performance indicators, optimize processes, and ensure vehicle safety. * Manage technical teams of mechanics and technicians, applying structured coaching and feedback. * Control budgets and costs, as well as manage vehicle documentation, insurance, and traffic fines. **Behavioral Requirements:** * Leadership, organization, and ability to motivate teams with a results-oriented mindset. * Proactivity in identifying improvements and resolving operational issues. * Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication to collaborate across departments. **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields is preferred. * High-level seniority and experience in executive management, with a proven track record in leadership, market analysis, and results delivery. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP (MM), and integrated corporate systems.
