**Job Description:** We are seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead teams in executing electrical installations and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with designs and regulations. The professional will communicate directly with supervision and, when necessary, with the client. **Key Responsibilities:** \* Interpret electrical diagrams and control schematics. \* Read floor plans and project documents. \* Supervise infrastructure: cabling, interconnections. \* Lead and assign tasks to the team, enforcing deadlines and quality standards. \* Ensure safety and organization. \* Report activity progress to supervision. **Requirements:** \* Completed high school education (a technical degree in Electrotechnology is a plus). \* 2–3 years of experience in the field. \* Knowledge of electrical infrastructure, electrical control systems, and interconnections. \* Experience in team management and performance accountability. \* Willingness to travel. \* Proactive and committed profile, with no age restrictions.
