Each apprentice will be tasked with supporting administrative routines and contributing to process organization, with responsibilities distributed as follows: * **Office Management Support:** space organization, material control, and calendar assistance. * **Contract Management Support:** spreadsheet updates, document control, and deadline tracking. * **HSE Management Support:** assistance in PPE controls, training, and health and safety documentation. * **Technical Area Support (2 positions):** assistance in preparing and organizing technical documents for subsea operations. \#LI\-KM**Responsibilities** **Young Apprentice – Office Management Support** Support office organization and daily operations to ensure smooth functioning. Responsibilities include monitoring material receipt, inventory control, space organization, calendar support, and assisting with basic internal requests to support the project team. * Organize the office and maintain orderly environments at all times. * Receive and verify internal and external materials while maintaining inventory control. * Place material requisitions and track orders. * Support meeting room scheduling and calendar organization. * Monitor minor maintenance requests and contact vendors when necessary. **Young Apprentice – Contract Management Support** Support contract administration routines, assisting with document control, deadlines, spreadsheets, and team activities. Contribute to keeping all records updated and organized to facilitate operational team workflows. * Update measurement and billing spreadsheets. * Track employee-related documents. * Follow up on pending items with the team. * Assist in organizing contract files and documents. * Support preparation of simple reports. * Verify information submitted by employees and clients. **Young Apprentice – HSE Management Support** Support Health, Safety, and Environment activities, assisting with PPE control, training, documentation, and incident records related to contracts. Aim to keep information well-organized and assist the team in SMS-related routines. * Control PPE distribution, returns, and inventory. * Monitor deadlines and update training matrix certificates. * Organize documents such as ASO, PCMSO, PGR, and others. * Assist in preparing monthly reports and controls. * Organize folders and evidence within the management system. **Young Apprentice – Technical Area Support (2x)** Support administrative activities related to planning and technical documentation for subsea operations, ensuring organization and support for team routines, aiming to maintain up-to-date documentation processes and contribute to operational efficiency. * Assist in receiving and organizing customer Service Orders. * Support preparation and review of technical documents (MD, FD, FSM) under team guidance. * Organize files and maintain control over internal documents. * Assist in updating administrative records and reports. * Contribute to organizing folders and evidence for internal processes. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * English language knowledge is considered an advantage. * Technical education in engineering-related fields is an advantage. * Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines is an advantage. **Additional Information** * On-site work in Macaé; * Weekly working hours: 20 hours; * All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
