Interaction with various departments to ensure logistical fluidity **Job Description:** ---------------------- Supervise receiving, verification, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory activities; Ensure physical inventory vs. system inventory accuracy; Plan and coordinate distribution routes, optimizing delivery timelines and logistics costs; Manage the operational team (warehouse staff, verifiers, drivers, assistants, etc.), promoting ongoing training and development; Monitor logistics performance indicators, such as service level, cycle time, losses, and damages; Implement and maintain continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations; Interact with commercial, procurement, and store departments to guarantee supply chain fluidity and customer service. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Must reside in São Gonçalo or surrounding areas **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience as a logistics supervisor, preferably in retail.
