We are seeking a professional to directly participate in construction execution, ensuring alignment between design and field work, with emphasis on schedule, cost, quality, and safety. **?? Location:** Barra do Piraí/RJ \| ?? Employment Type: PJ \| ?? Remuneration: R$ 8\.000,00 **?? About the Position:** The Junior Field Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, acting as a bridge between planning and execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards and supporting the engineering team. **?? Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor field execution of activities * Support schedule, cost, and quality control on site * Ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations * Prepare construction records and reports * Assist in service measurement and productivity control * Help prepare and manage contract addenda * Collaborate with the planning team to develop and update schedules (MS Project, Excel) * Support preparation of technical documentation (reports, scopes, spreadsheets) **?? Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or currently enrolled * Basic knowledge of construction execution * Interest in developing a career in field operations **?? Preferred Qualifications:** * Project Management knowledge * AutoCAD * Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite * Familiarity with Brazilian Standards (NBR) * Training in Regulatory Norms (NR) **??
