




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring compliance of diving and ROV products and services, managing the entire procurement process—from quotation to supplier monitoring and integration with technical departments. Focus on quality and cost-effectiveness for the company. * JOB MISSION: Ensure that products and services acquired for Human Diving and Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) requirements comply with the items specified in the "Purchase Requisition" and align with the requesting departments. Both products and services will be procured based on one or more budget quotations, considering supplier qualification criteria aligned with the technical departments. PLAN, ADVISE, GUIDE, AND EXECUTE: * Receive or issue all material, equipment, and service purchase requests via the Purchase Requisition through the DINÂMICOS system; provide support and development to Procurement Assistants regarding their requests; * Interact with requesting departments to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness for the company; * Daily check the DINÂMICOS system or Continental’s internal email for purchase requests; * Research, evaluate, and select suppliers according to applicable requirements, consulting requesting departments when necessary, as well as assess and monitor Qualified Suppliers; * Collect budget quotations by consulting suppliers; * Analyze cost-benefit relationships across procurement processes; * Consult, with support from suppliers and requesting departments, manufacturer catalogs for products matching the requested specifications or new alternatives, gathering technical data sheets and respective specifications from suppliers or manufacturers; * Register and monitor suppliers in the DINÂMICOS and LegNet systems; * Execute purchases via direct contact with the selected supplier after approval from respective management; conduct international purchases including importation and all associated process activities; * Forward the Invoice along with the corresponding Purchase Order and other procurement-related documents to the Accounting Department for subsequent routing to the Finance Department; * Manage emergency purchases. * Ensure information flow regarding supplier history to Continental, via registration in the DINÂMICOS and LegNet systems, enabling full traceability of the procurement and receipt process, as well as quality assurance of received materials; * Assess qualification of suppliers for Materials and Services requiring specific qualification, Equipment, and suppliers impacting core operations, human life, and the environment—jointly with technical departments; * Present and develop new market products and suppliers for evaluation by technical departments; * Host supplier visits to the Continental base together with the technical department; * Comply with Integrated Management System guidelines; * Develop action plans and verify effectiveness to meet the Integrated Management System requirements; * Identify Non-Conformance Records, address them, and implement corrective actions as appropriate; * Define, measure, monitor, and communicate sector performance indicators and any required improvement initiatives. * Perform activities in accordance with Supply Procedures and related activities, as well as those required by the Integrated Management System. * Adhere to Group Policies, the Integrated Management System, and Anti-Bribery Policy, whereby each individual is responsible for Quality, Health, and Safety aspects of their activities, as well as environmental preservation during execution. MANDATORY: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering; * Advanced English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with ERP systems; * Residency in Macaé or nearby cities; * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role within companies operating in the diving and ROV segment. DESIRABLE: * Familiarity with the Dinâmicos system; * Experience with BATNA and ZOPA.
