Support and information regarding services and tourism **Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off Food basket \- BRL 320.00 Health insurance with co-payment \- Available after 3 months Dental insurance \- Available after 3 months Experience with Totvs system and English proficiency are preferred qualifications Guest service Check-in Check-out Reservation support Greet all arriving guests; answer phone calls; check and respond to received e\-mails; issue hotel registration forms (FNRH) and register guests; make reservations, pre-reservations, or cancellations; perform check\-in and check\-out; collect daily room payments; call taxis for guests; manage the reservation chart; maintain order at the hotel front desk; assist guests; provide information and answer questions about services, facilities, etc.; recommend tourist attractions, excursions, restaurants, etc.
