We seek a proactive, communicative, and organized professional—even without prior experience—but willing to embrace new challenges and evolve alongside the company. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for active and passive collections from delinquent customers, monitoring payments, supporting administrative tasks, and organizing spreadsheets. All interactions must be recorded in the system.
