Job Summary: We are seeking a Rack-and-Pinion Elevator Operator to work at construction sites, ensuring equipment safety and optimal functionality in a collaborative and innovation-focused environment. Work Environment: You will work within our Operation Services business unit. Your responsibilities will include: • Operating rack-and-pinion elevators for transporting cargo and/or personnel at construction sites. • Daily inspection of equipment operating conditions, performing inspection checklists. • Activating and monitoring rack-and-pinion elevator movement according to safety procedures. • Immediately reporting equipment failures or anomalies to leadership. • Complying with occupational safety regulations and strictly using required personal protective equipment (PPE). • Assisting in guiding employees and third parties on correct rack-and-pinion elevator usage. • Maintaining equipment cleanliness and operational readiness. Preferred Qualifications: • Completed elementary education (secondary education preferred). • Valid certification from a specialized Rack-and-Pinion Elevator Operator course (applicable NRs). • Prior experience in this role and on construction sites is desirable. • Applicable regulatory standards (NR-18, NR-11, and related norms).
