The role is responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in **OFFSHORE SERVICE** delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the process and completion of all services within the unit, ensuring excellence in customer service, always in compliance with contractual requirements; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative results within the scope of responsibility to optimize business unit operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating or innovating initiatives that enhance unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for annual budget planning and development for the unit, and ensure it is achieved—and ideally exceeded—throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task assignment. Establish clear communication and promote technical, behavioral, and health & safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Work in a large-scale operation within the Offshore/Hospitality segment with variable POB (Personnel On Board). **Main Requirements:** * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN 4 registration; * Prior experience in Offshore Units, Food and Nutrition Units (UAN), and similar settings; * Proven experience in leadership and team management, cost management, and inventory and procurement planning in offshore environments; * Valid certifications: Basic Safety Training for Offshore Platforms (CBSP) and Tropical Submerged Helicopter Escape Training (T-HUET); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, integrated systems, and Food Regulations and Standards. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate/advanced English skills for conducting meetings, menu development, etc. **Work Schedule:** * 14-days-on / 14-days-off rotation. **Benefits that care for your whole self!** At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
